摘要
目的通过对入院宣教模式的规范和改进以提高患者入院宣教效果和满意度。方法入院宣教模式由传统的口头宣教转变为规范化、多样化的宣教模式,通过问卷调查分别对实施前后患者入院宣教的知晓率和满意度进行对比。结果实施规范化入院宣教的患者对入院宣教内容和形式的知晓率和整体满意度高于传统的口头入院宣教患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论规范化入院宣教将会提高入院宣教的效果,提高患者对入院宣教的满意度,提高护士工作效率,增进护患关系。
Objective Increase the satisfaction of hospitalized patients through the standardize and improve of admission education model. Methods Change the admission education mode from the traditional oral education model to standardized and diverse education mode. Compare the awareness and satisfaction of the patients in hospital before and after the change of education model through the questionnaire survey. Results Awareness and overall satisfaction rate is significantly higher in patients receive standardized admission education model patients receive traditional oral admission education ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The standardized admission education will increase the awareness and satisfaction degree of the patients in hospital, promote the nurses work efficiency and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
