摘要
目的探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养的优势及护理体会。方法对我科2010年1月至2013年3月共80例食管癌术后患者随机分为早期肠内营养组(观察组)和对照组各40例,观察组术后第1天开始管喂营养液,对照组术后第6天开始经口进食,比较两组术肺部感染发生率、术后第3天血清白蛋白量、术后排便时间、术后住院时间及住院费用。结果观察组在术后肺部感染发生率、术后第3天血清白蛋白、术后排便时间、术后住院时间及住院费用方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论食管癌术后早期实施肠内营养有利于患者术后恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the advantages and nursing experience of early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer operation. Methods 80 cases of esophageal cancer patients from January 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were ran-domly divided into early enteral nutrition group ( observation group) 40 cases and the control group 40 cases. Patients in observa-tion group were feeded nutrient solution with tube after the first postoperative day, the control group were oral intake after six post-operative days. Comparing postoperative pulmonary infection incidence、serum albumin、defecation time、hospitalizationg time and hospital costs. Results The observation group′s postoperative pulmonary infection incidence、serum albumin、defecation time、hos-pitalizationg time and hospital costs were preceder than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition after esophageal cancer operation is beneficial postoperative recovery, worthy of promotion.
