摘要
碾子沟煤矿改扩建工程拟建建(构)筑物设计布置在原矿井工业广场位置,占地面积约2.2万m2。改扩建施工中,发生了地面塌陷。经勘查,发现工业广场地下可能存在大量的残留空洞,对拟建建(构)筑物稳定性将造成不利影响,存在安全隐患。根据工业广场水文地质情况及采空区赋存情况,确定采用地面注浆法,对工业广场下伏采空区进行充填加固,注浆材料为水泥粉煤灰浆液及细骨料。共注入浆液62 883m3,投砂177m3,达到了预期效果。该工程施工中所取得的成功经验,可为煤矿采空区治理提供借鉴。
A design and layout of the proposed buildings for the mine reconstruction project of Nianzi-gou Mine was located in the previous mine industrial square with a land area about 22 000m2.In the mine reconstruction period ,surface ground subsidence was occurred .With the geological survey ,many residual cavities possibly existed in the underground underlied the industrial square were found and would cause unfavorable influences to the stability of the proposed buildings with safety hidden dan-gers .According to the hydrogeologic conditions of the industrial square and the deposition conditions of the mining goaf ,a surface grouting method was applied to the backfill reinforcement of the goaf un-derlied the industrial square and the grouting material were the cement and fly ash grout and the fine aggregates.There were 62 883m3 of the grout injected and 177m3 of sand put in the underground.An expected effect was reached.Successful experiences were obtained from the project construction and could provide references to the treatment of the mine goaf.
