Applications of PROFIBUS-DP in Production Line of Bar-in-coils

文章在介绍了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的技术特点的基础上,结合大盘卷卷曲生产线,讨论了生产线的整个结构和功能,并阐述了生产线工艺流程以及PROFIBUS总线结构和硬件组态过程。给出了基于组态软件与PROFIBUS现场总线的分布式控制系统的网络模型及系统组态与调试的方法。采用PROFIBUS-DP进行分布式网络控制,提高了系统的控制性能与可靠性,简化了系统结构。

In the article,it is discussed the whole structure and functions of curling production line for bar - in - coils based on introducing the technical features of PROFIBUS - DP field bus as well as elaborated the process flow of production line, bus structure of PROFIBUS - DP and hardware configuration process. Moreover, the network model of distributed con- trol system based on configuration software and PROFIBUS field bus as well as the system configuration and debug methods are given. With PROFIBUS - DP, the control performance and reliability of distributed network control system could be im- proved and its structure could be simplified.
