摘要 针对固冲发动机多路压力测量试验需求,利用美国PSI公司产品PSI 9116智能压力扫描阀为测试核心,设计了一套多路压力测量系统。本文对该系统的硬件组成、工作原理和测压系统的软件设计等内容作了详细描述。系统应用软件设计采用NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程,用户界面简洁直观、操作简单,可扩展性强,具备128路的压力分布测量能力,较好地满足了固冲发动机点火试验参数测量需求。 Aiming to the test requirements of multiplex pressure measurement for solid-propellant ducted rocket, a muhiplex pressure measurement system is designed using model 9116 intelligent pressure scanner developed by PSI. The hardware composition, working principle and software design of pressure measurement system are introduced in detail. The application software is designed by LabVIEW which is a graphical programming language devised by NI, and the user interface is compact, simple and extensi- ble. The system has the ability for 128 channels' pressure measurements and meets the demands of multi- plex pressure measurement for solid-propellant ducted rocket ignition tests.
