军人素质建设的几个基本问题

针对目前我军部分军人综合素质不高、战斗能力偏弱问题,分析了出现状态的基本原因,提出了从战争意识、战斗精神、谋略意识以及战术素养等几个方面着手,以系列专题讲座、历史与传统教育等形式积极开展针对性教育,以达到培养和提高军人荣誉感、责任感、使命感以及适应现代化战争能力的目的.

Aimed at some of the servicemen in the PLA being of lower synthesis quality and weaker fighting capability, this article analyzes the basic causes for them, proposes to carry on some more focused education by serial seminar, the education of history and tradition and etc., starting with the awareness of war, fighting spirit, sense of astuteness and resourcefulness and tactical quality, to achieve the goal of cultivating and boosting the serviceman’s senses of honor, duty and mission, as well as the capability to be adapted to the modern war.
