硫酸锌对高脂喂养ApoE基因敲除小鼠肝脏抗氧化作用的研究
摘要
肝脏是人体参与糖脂代谢的重要器官,而氧化损伤是造成肝脏损伤的原因之一.目前我国居民的高脂肪摄入逐渐增多,而高脂肪饮食会造成机体的氧化损伤^[1],所以研究补锌对高脂喂养小鼠肝脏的抗氧化作用具有重要意义.
