超声在风湿性疾病中的应用发展

摘要 近十年,随着超声设备的不断改进和越来越多风湿科医生能够进行超声操作,超声在风湿性疾病的诊治中表现出非常重要的作用.超声能够很好地显示肌肉骨骼结构,与传统的临床体格检查相比较,在探查关节及其周围软组织异常表现时具有更高的敏感性,欧美国家已将其纳入风湿性疾病临床诊断中的常规检查中,且它在临床中有着更广泛的应用领域.由于其能检测出骨骼及软组织中的病理性血流,从而发现局部存在的活动性炎症[1],故超声影像已被认为是评估风湿病患者病情的重要影像学方法之一.
