我院心内科心房颤动患者华法林治疗的国际标准化比值监测的依从性分析 被引量：14

摘要 心房颤动（atrial fibrillation,AF）是临床上最常见的心律失常之一.心房颤动时由于心房丧失了有效的射血功能,血液容易在心房内淤滞形成血栓,而血栓随着血液循环可能造成脑栓塞或其他部位的栓塞.中国心房颤动相关流行病学研究表明,心房颤动患病率为0.77％,且随年龄增长而显著增加,年龄＞80岁人群可达7.5％[1].口服抗凝药物华法林可以有效预防心房颤动患者血栓的形成,且到目前为止,华法林是预防心房颤动患者发生缺血性卒中的唯一有效的、不可取代的药物[2].
