带线锚钉治疗第5跖骨基底部撕脱骨折 被引量：1

摘要 第5跖骨基底部撕脱骨折是急诊最常见的足部骨折之一,按Dameron和Quill分类为跖骨近端Ⅰ区骨折,其受伤机制多由踝关节内翻暴力所致,以往多采用保守治疗或切开复位克氏针、螺钉内固定.本研究对2007年8月至2012年6月间收治的25例第5跖骨基底部撕脱骨折患者采用小切口,带线锚钉固定,并对其临床资料进行总结分析,报告如下.
