摘要
公共自行车系统是福州市政府有关民生问题的一项重要举措,通过问卷调查形式分两阶段对福州公共自行车站点设置、出行距离、现行政策满意度等方面进行调查.根据功能定位及车流流向对公共自行车站点进行分类,并对不同类别站点选址影响因素进行分析,采用模糊层次分析法对不同类别公共自行车站点进行综合评判,对福州市公共自行车站点三期选址具有一定借鉴意义.
The public bicycle system is an important measure taken by Fuzhou municipal government to enhance people＇s livelihood. This paper investigates the operation of public bicycle in Fuzhou by the questionnaires which contain stations＇ site selection, trip distance, current policy＇s satisfaction and so on. It classifies public bicycle rental stations by function and traffic flow＇s direction. It also analyses the factors which affect the site selection of public bicycle stations, in the end, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is utilized to appraise the fitness of the site selection of a public bicycle station. The research results have practical value on the site selection phase 3 of public bicycle rental stations in Fuzhou
