福州大学城公共交通发展研究

On the development of public transport in Fuzhou University Town

福州大学城秉承着科教兴市的目标,是未来新兴科技城镇的代表之一.大学城的功能、定位、建设策略及其规划已十分清晰,但作为其功能实现重要载体的道路交通系统尤其是公共交通却有待进一步完善.主要原因在于公共交通的优先地位尚未被明确落实、线路规划和管理水平有待提高和公共交通的科技含量低等.为此,可以从推行"绿色交通"理念、发展智能公共交通系统、完善和优化公交道路网,提高公交系统的服务管理水平等方面来完善大学城的公共交通.

Under the guidance of revitalizing the city through science and education, the Fuzhou university town is one of the representatives of future emerging technology town. Its function, orientation, construction policy and planning have been formulated, however, as its main support, the road traffic system especially the public transport reminds to be improved. The main reasons are that the public transport has not been given priority to, the level of bus lines planning and management is low as well as the insufficiency of technology. The public transport in university town can be enhanced from follow- ing aspects： promoting the Green Transport and intelligent public transport system, optimizing public transport road network, improving the service and management of public transport system.
