体育生态旅游解说服务系统研究

Study on the Explanation Service System of Sports Ecotourism

运用文献资料、实地调查、专家访谈等方法,对体育生态旅游解说服务系统进行调研分析。结果表明,体育生态旅游解说服务系统存在的主要问题是导游员业务素质低、解说标识牌设计缺陷、解说内容缺乏知识性和互动性。为了提升系统的服务质量,构建行之有效的服务体系,必须坚持客观性、激励性、生态型、系统性和人文性等原则,最大限度地发挥体育生态旅游解说服务系统的功能和作用。

Based on questionnaire research,fieldwork and documentation,this article pays a special attention to the explanation service system of sports ecotourism.The result shows：The main issues in the system of explanation service lie in professional quality of tourist guides are low,the design of ID card is flawed,the explanation contents lack of knowledge and Interactive.To order to upgrade the quality of service of sports ecotourism,it is essential to adhere to principles and play function and role to the greatest extent.
