草芽神曲汤治疗慢性胆囊炎与针灸疗效对比

目的探讨采用草芽神曲汤和针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎患者的临床效果。方法对我院接收治疗的80例慢性胆囊炎患者入院资料进行分析,根据患者入院时间(单、双日)分为两组,每组有患者40例。对照组采用针灸进行治疗,实验组采用草芽神曲汤进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为95%高于对照组(85%)(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗满意度为95%高于对照组(65%)(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后药物(4.21.1h)后开始起效,而针灸治疗药物起效时间较慢(6.63.2h),实验组1例患者出现呕吐等并发症,1例患者复发(复发率为2.5%)优于对照组(15%)(P<0.05)。结论临床上,采用草芽神曲汤和针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎效果显著,但是草芽神曲汤效果更好一些,患者治疗后复发率较低,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the Divine Comedy and acupuncture treatment. Patients with chronic cholecystitis.Methods Our hospital receiving treatment of 80 cases of chronic cholecystitis patients on admission were analyzed, according to the time of admission patients （single, double） were divided into two groups, each group has 40 patients. The Divine Comedy decoction treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results The experimental group the total effective rate was 95% higher than that of the control group （85%） （P〈O.05）; the experiment group patients satisfaction was 95% higher than that of the control group （P〈O.05）; the experiment group patients after drug （4.21.1h） after onset, and acupuncture therapy with slow onset time （6.63.2h）, 1 patients had vomiting complications in experimental group, 1 patients relapsed （recurrence rate 2.5%） was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion the clinical use. The Divine Comedy, and the effect of acupuncture in treating chronic chole- cystitis. Significantly, but the Divine Comedy soup effect better, after treatment, with low recurrence rate, worthy of promotion.
