关节镜模具教学与传统教学的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对临床医生使用模具进行关节镜手术训练的分析,评估教学效果,提高临床医生的关节镜手术技能。方法 78名学员参加培训,在膝关节镜手术教学中分别采用手术示教和模具教学2种方法,培训结束后通过操作测试和随访调查评估教学效果。结果模具组测试时间为(337.5±37.0)s,非模具组测试时间为(405.0±44.9)s,组间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。调查显示手术示教对半月板成形帮助最大,模具示教对三角技术帮助最大。结论模具结合传统手术示教取得了优于单纯手术示教的教学效果。 Objective To explore whether simulation teaching can improve the quality of arthroscopic training with traditional teaching. Methods 78 surgeons were divided into two groups. Experimental group was given traditional teaching together with sim- ulation teaching,while control group received traditional teaching only.The teaching effect were compared through the operation time and questionaire. Results After training,the operation time of experimental group was (337.5±37.0)s, which was significantly better than (405.0~44.9)s of control group(P〈0.001). The questionaire showed that traditional teaching was a great help to menis- coplasty while simulation teaching was a great help to triangular tachnique. Conclusion Simulation teaching together with tradi- tional teaching do much better than traditional teaching only in arthroscopic training.
