医院护理行政管理在教学活动中的实践

目的探讨医院护理行政管理在护理实习教学活动中的应用效果。方法以本院2011年6月—2013年4月接收的326名实习人员为研究对象,分为对照组及研究组两组,对照组进行常规实习管理,研究组应用医院护理行政管理制度进行管理,对比两组实习人员的实习效果。结果采用护理行政管理的研究组实习人员责任心强,工作认真负责,在铺备用床、无菌技术操作、肌肉注射、女患者导尿及鼻导管吸氧等常规技术操作成绩上同对照组相比均有明显优势(P<0.05);且护理事故及护患纠纷少,患者满意度高。结论医院护理行政管理在实习教学中作用积极,显著提高实习效果,减少护患纠纷,提高患者满意度。

Results Adopt the seminar which attends to administration to practise the senses of responsibil- ity of personnel strongly, work seriously, spread the reserve bed, aseptic technology is operated, intramuscular injection , breath in oxygen ,etc. routine technology operate score and contrast group is it have obvious advantage to compare by woman patient catheterization and single side nose pipe （P〈0.05）; And attend to the accident and partial to and suffer from the dispute few, pa- tient＇s Satisfaction is high. Conclusion The hospital attends to the function in practising teaching of administration positively , im- prove the resuh of practising notably, reduce and protect and suffer from the dispute, improve patient＇s satisfaction.
