摘要
通化矿务局八宝煤业属高瓦斯矿井,采用水采方式进行采掘,加之地下自然涌水,因此井下出水量大,井下自动化排水系统的应用显得尤其重要。针对八宝煤业井下排水情况,本文以实际应用为出发点,采用先进的PLC控制核心,配合各类精确传感器的数据融合技术,对井下涌水和排水系统运行状况进行精确地实时监控。实现井下排水系统无人值守,完成了八宝煤业井下排水系统的自动化改造。
