固定剂量抗高血压药物复方制剂:新的治疗趋势 被引量：3

摘要 最近,杭州默沙东制药有限公司在国内推出了氯沙坦钾/氢氯噻嗪片剂(商品名为海捷亚,含氯沙坦50mg和氢氯噻嗪12.5mg).这是将两种分属不同类型的抗高血压药物,以固定剂量组合制成的复方片剂.在2000年11月上旬的该药物上市会上,美国宾夕法尼亚州大学医学中心高血压科主任Townsend教授应邀作了题为"海捷亚:快速强效控制高血压"的学术报告.本文结合Townsend教授的报告内容及文献资料,以海捷亚为例,将固定剂量抗高血压药物复方制剂的临床应用问题介绍如下.
