摘要
目的观察复方黄柏液对兔混合感染伤口的局部治疗作用及对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法采用兔背部伤口疮疡模型 ,观察用药后伤口红、肿、分泌物及坏死组织情况 ;利用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和碳粒廓清实验 ,探讨药物的抗炎作用和对免疫机能的影响。结果复方黄柏液 2 0 %和 10 %分别于给药后 4d和7d ,感染伤口得分显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,红肿面积亦显著缩小 (P <0 .0 1) ;复方黄柏液皮下注射3g/(kg·d) ,对二甲苯诱发的小鼠耳廓炎症有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;复方黄柏液皮下注射 3g/(kg·d) ,连续10d ,可显著提高吞噬细胞的吞噬功能 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论复方黄柏液对兔混合感染伤口有促进愈合的作用 ,并可增强小鼠的非特异性免疫功能 。
ObjectiveTo study effects of compound Huangbai solution (CHS) on the skin bacterial infection in rabbits and nonspecific immunity in mice.MethodsEffects of topical application of CHS on the redness, swelling, secretory substance and necrotic tissue of the skin wound in rabbit backs were observed,and auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and carbon clearance method were used to observe the therapeutic effects of CHS in mice.ResultsCHS 20 % and 10 % solution accelerated healing of wound and reduced swelling area on the 4th and 7th day respectively. CHS subcutaneous injection at 3 g/(kg·d) inhibited auricular inflammation induced by dimethylbenzine in mice (P< 0.05 ); and CHS subcutaneous injection at 3 g/(kg·d) for 10 days enhanced the phagocytic function of phagocytes(P< 0.05 ).ConclusionCHS increased ability of rabbits against infection and augmented nonspecific immunity in mice.
