公共图书馆过渡管理机制探索

The Research of Public Library's Transitional Form of Management

本文在明确了法人治理结构概念、原则及作用的基础上,论述了在国内现有管理体制与缺乏理事会相关制度立法的情况下公共图书馆无法实施法人治理结构的难点,继而转为探索一种过渡形式的法人治理结构模式-准理事会组织模式,同时阐述了其组织架构与运行模式。

Base on the explication about corporate governance＇s conception,principle and connotation,this paper explores difficulty of carrying out corporate governance without new management system and the law of board of trustees in public library,and researching corporate governance＇s transitional form and it＇s organized system and working model.
