摘要
本文主要针对提高高等职业院校教师职业能力,较为全面地研究了高职教师职业能力的组成和结构、观察点的具体内容及评价方法,对创新教师培养模式,全面提高教师职业能力,具有一定的参考价值。
This article mainly aims at improving the teachers' professional ability of higher vocational colleges, comprehensive study of the composition and structure, observation points and evaluation method of higher vocational teachers' professional ability. It has certain reference value for the mode of teacher training innovation and teachers' professional ability improvement.
