摘要
随着当前和今后一个时期我国人才发展战略目标的确立,培养具有创新能力的创新型工程人才,成为建设创新型国家的必然条件之一,高校工程训练中心作为培养创新型工程人才的主力军,紧随社会发展需要,在教学改革中,把师资队伍建设作为首要任务,通过改进教师聘任格局,合理配置实训教师资源,强化教师工程实践能力、专业能力、教学研究能力,构建了卓有成效的高校工程训练中心师资队伍建设方案。
With the setting of the strategic goal of talent development in China, the cultivating of inno- vative talents with engineering ability become one of the necessary conditions to build an innovation-o- riented country. Meeting the social development needs, as the main force of training innovative engi- neering talents, the engineering training center in universities give top priority to the development teaching staff construction and take the following measures, such as improving teacher employment sys- tem, rational allocating training teacher resources and strengthening teacher's engineering practice abil- ity, professional ability and teaching research ability, to construct the effective teaching staff construc- tion plan.
