摘要
在简述高校实验室科研管理的内涵与作用的基础上,明确地提出了高校实验室科研管理工作创新的基本任务,在介绍山西财经大学ERP综合实训中心发展状况的基础上,总结了其科研管理的经验与教训,并有针对性地提出了改进高校实验室科研管理的具体建议。
Based on the sketch of the connotation and function of the scientific research management of laboratories in university, the paper puts forward the basic task of the innovation of the scientific re- search management of laboratories in university. By introducing the development condition of the ERP comprehensive training center in Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, it summaries the experi- ences and lessons of its scientific research management. Furthermore, the thesis proposes specific sug- gestions on the improvement of the scientific research management of laboratories in university.
