摘要
聚合物胶束作为给药系统具有药物增溶、肿瘤靶向性、增效减毒的作用,在药物传递系统中显示出良好的应用前景。对近几年国内外胶束制备方法的研究进展加以综述。
Polymeric micelles as drug delivery systems have been proven effective for anticancer drugs to tumor with drug solubiliza fion, tumor targeting and reducing delivery to the unwanted site. This review focuses on methodes for preparing drug-loaded polymer micelles.
