葛根芩连汤加味治疗小儿手足口病临床探析

Gegen Qinlian Decoction Used in the Clinical Treatment of Children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:探究小儿手足口病患者使用葛根芩连汤加味的治疗效果。方法:选取收治的80例小儿手足口病患者,随机分组,实验组43例,使用葛根芩连汤加味治疗,对照组37例,给予病毒唑治疗。结果:两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组。结论:对小儿手足口病患者采用葛根芩连汤加味治疗,能够较快缓解病情,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease effect of Puerariae Decoction of Poria. Methods:the patients,80cases of children with hand foot from 2012April-2013year in September the mouth disease were randomLy divided into experimental group 43cases,use,Pueraria Ling even treatment decoction,37cases in the control group,treatment with ribavirin.Results:the difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect of too big,was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:in patients with hand foot mouth disease in children treated by Gegeng Ling even for decoction,can ease the disease,improve the therapeutic effect.
