CYSC和RBP联合测定在肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤监测中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cysc)与视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)两者联合起来对肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤监测中的测定效果与临床疗效。方法随机选择2012年1月—2013年2月参与该研究的60例健康体和肿瘤化疗患者,将分为研究组与对照组,研究组为肿瘤化疗患者,对照组为健康体质,并经过检查,没有出现肾脏病史。另外,还对所有患者进行Cysc、RBP、BUN以及Crea等方面的检测,对比分析两组患者的临床检测指标。结果研究组的Cysc、RBP、BUN以及Crea浓度,每一项都明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cysc与RBP两者联合,对肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤进行监测,具有重大的临床意义,提高临床疗效,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the determination effect of serum cystatin C(Cysc)binding protein and retinol(RBP)for the monitoring of early renal injury in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its clinical curative effect.Methods From January, 2012 to February, 2013, 60 healthy subjects and tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were randomly selected and enrolled in this study. And they were divided into the study group consisting of tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy, and the control group consisting of healthy people with no history of kidney disease after physical examination.In addition,Cysc,RBP,BUN and Crea of all patients were detected. The clinical indexes of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The Cysc, RBP, BUN and Crea concentration of the study group is significantly higher than that of the control group, respectively,the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.O5).Conclusion The determination of Cyse and RBP in the monitoring of early renal injury in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy has important clinical significance, which can improve the clinical efficacy, and is worthy of promotion.
