乌司他丁对重度烧伤患者补体C3 C4 B因子影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察乌司他丁干预后对重度烧伤患者补体C3、C4、B因子影响。对乌司他丁干预后重度烧伤患者补体的影响进行评估,从而指导临床工作。方法 61例重度烧伤患者随机分为对照组和乌司他丁治疗组,伤后6h,治疗后12h、伤后24、伤后48h,伤后3d抽取空腹静脉血。观察补体C3、C4、B因子的变化规律。结果①在伤后12h,伤后24h,48h干预后补体C3、C4,B因子治疗组高于对照组。②伤后72h治疗组补体C3、C4,B因子与治疗组差异无统计学意义。结论乌司他丁干预后可以提高重度烧伤患者补体C3、C4、B因子,补体C3、C4、B因子也可以更快地恢复。乌司他丁可以提高机体的免疫功能和调节补体介导的炎症反应。 Objective To investigate the change of complement C3,C4 and B factor on severe burn treated with ulinastatin.The effects of ulinastatin on complement are assessed.Methods Sixty-one cases of severe burn patients were randomly divided into control group and ulinastatin treatment group.The venous blood samples were determined 6 hours after injury,12 hours after injury,24 hours after injury,48 hours after injury and 3 days after injury,respectively.The change of complement C3,C4 and B factor were observed.Results ①At 12 hours after injury,24 hours after injury and 48 hours after injury,complement,C3,C4 and B factor of the treatment group was higher than the control group.② There was no statistical difference in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion Ulinastatin can improve severe burns complement C3,C4,B factor and modulate the inflam-matory response mediated by complement.And it can improve immune function.
