康复新液对低位肛瘘创面愈合的临床与实验研究

The clinical and experimental study on the effect of Kangfuxin liquid on promoting wound healing after an operation for anal fistula

目的观察康复新液在肛瘘术后开放创面的应用,研究其在创面恢复方面的疗效,探讨其在创面愈合中的作用机制。方法采用随机分组法将80例肛瘘患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用康复新液,对照组采用利凡诺,2组均每天换药,观察2组术后创面的疼痛、瘙痒、炎性水肿、肉芽生长、愈合速率等方面的指标及血清表皮生长因子(EGF)变化情况,比较2组的疗效。结果治疗组与对照组相比,在术后创面炎性水肿、创面分泌物、肉芽生长、愈合时间及术后第10、15天创面面积减小率、血清EGF变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组创面疼痛、瘙痒程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康复新液对肛瘘术后创面恢复有促进作用,可缩短创面愈合时间,其机制可能与调节内源性EGF有关,值得临床推广。

Objective To probe into the effects of Kangfuxin liquid on promoting wound healing after an op-eration for anal fistula.Methods Eighty cases of patients with anal fistula were randomly selected.The treatment group （40 cases）was given Kangfuxin liquid and the control group （40 cases）was given ethacridine.The pain, the itching,the inflammation swelling,the granulation growth,the healing ratio,and the level of epidermal growth factor （EGF）in blood serum were observed.Then the points were filled into the observation sheet follow-ing the standard to assess the changes in the symptom score.Results Two groups have statistic differences in gen-eral curative effect.The effect of eliminating pain,itching is not obvious （P ＆gt;0.05）.The efficacy of granulation growth and eliminating inflammation swelling was better than the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.Ten,Fifteen days af-ter operation,there is obvious statistic significance in removal rate of decrease of wound area （P ＆lt;0.05）.The im-provement rate of wound healing time in treatment group is higher than that in control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.The lev-el of EGF in blood serum of treatment group was higher than that in control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid on anal fistula is very good and is worth clinical promotion.
