摘要
认为智能电网实际上是伴随第三次工业革命而出现的新生事物。通过分析智能电网与第三次工业革命的关系,揭示出智能电网内涵的本质要求是电网的绿色化及能源的高效利用;其主要特征表现在电网与用户双向互动、分布式电源与集中式电源并重、电能实现普遍储存、电网管理向经营服务型转变等方面。指出智能电网建设不等同于电网的智能化建设。智能电网建设的主要内容是可再生电源的建设和接入电网,小型和微型绿色电网的建设,智能用电及需求响应系统、储能及电动车充电系统、以及相应的调度自动控制和信息交互系统的建设等。未来的电网将形成由主干电网与众多小型电网相结合的新形态。
The smart grid is considered actually a recent novelty associated with the third industrial revolution. By analyzing the relationship between smart grid and the third industrial revolution, the paper shows that the essence of smart grid is clean power grid and the high efficient utilization of energy. The main features include the bilateral interaction between the grid and the users, the co-exist- ence of distributed and centralized generation, the storage of power, the change in management of power grid to management and service. It is pointed out that the construction of smart grid is not completely equal to power grid' s intelligence construction. The main contents of constructing the smart grid is to develop renewable energy and connect to the power system, the construction of the miniature green power grid, the construction of the intelligent power consumption and demand response system, the construction of the storage of power and electric vehicle charge device, the construction of the corresponding dispatching automatic control and information transfer system. The future power grid will form the morphology of main power grid and miniature power grid.
