摘要
文中针对串联电容器的运行特点,对不同介质结构的串联电容器元件、串联段模型进行了交、直流电气击穿强度试验,对试验数据进行统计分析、比较和完全样本置信估计。对不同试验条件下的极间耐压、短时过电压及保护水平电压下的设计裕度进行了估计。对击穿元件的电压击穿点位置分布进行了占比分析。
As for the operation characteristics of series capacitor, the AC and DC electrical breakdown strength tests have been made to the series capacitor elements with different dielectric structure and the model of series section. The test data is statically analyzed, compared and the confidence of complete sample is estimated. The inter-pole withstand voltage and short time overvohage at different test conditions as well as design margin at protection level voltage are estimated. And the ratio analysis of electrical breakdown point position distribution of the breakdown element is conducted.
