Catalytic oxidation degradation of crystal violet by BiFeO_3/H_2O_2 system

摘要 以铁酸铋为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,催化氧化降解结晶紫染料废水,并考察了各因素对褪色率的影响。实验结果表明,BiFeO3/H2O2处理150 mg/L结晶紫废水,在pH值为8.0、温度308 K、H2O2用量0.83%、铁酸铋用量0.6 g/L、反应时间60 min下,结晶紫褪色率可达99%以上。反应动力学实验表明该过程近似为一级反应,在308 K时反应速率常数为0.092 89 min-1,表观活化能为23.77 kJ/mol。 Catalytic degradation process for crystal violet (CV) was investigated by using BiFeO3 as catalyst and H:O2 as oxidant.The influencing factors of catalytic oxidation degra- dation process were also discussed.The experimental results indicated that the decolorization rate of crystal violet reached 99 % under the following conditions: pH value of 8.0, reaction temperature of 308 K,dosage of H202 of 0.83 %,dosage of BiFeO3 of 0.6 g/L and reaction time of 60 min.Kinetic studies of the degradation reaction indicate that the decoloration rate of CV follows the first-order reaction. The reaction constant and activity energy are 0.092 89 min-1 and 23.77 kJ/mol at 308 K,respectively.
