摘要
选择廉价的煤沥青为原料,无水三氯化铝为催化剂,在不同的工艺条件下制备了双电层电容器电极用活性炭前驱体。分别考察了催化剂用量、炭化时间等工艺条件对活性炭孔结构的影响,并采用DSC、SEM、XRD对其进行表征。实验结果表明,催化剂用量为煤沥青质量的7.5%、反应时间为6 h时煤沥青的软化点最高;以煤沥青为原料,采用无水三氯化铝为催化剂,能够制备得到微晶结构良好的活性炭前驱体;在炭化温度为580℃、炭化时间为50 min的煤沥青是较好的活性炭前驱体。
The activated carbon precursor for electric double layer capacitors was prepared, by the raw material of coal tar pitch and the anhydrous aluminum chloride catalyst. The in- fluence of catalyst amount,carbonized time on pore structure of activated carbon was investi- gated, and characterized by DSC,SEM and XRD.The results showed that softening point of coal tar pitch was highest under the conditions of 7.5 % catalyst,6 h.The activated carbon precursor was prepared under the conditions of carbonized temperature 580 ℃ ,carbonized time 50 minutes.
