摘要
[目的]观察延胡索和醋延胡索分别与川楝子配伍后对大鼠离体肠管平滑肌收缩活动的影响。[方法]制备Wistar大鼠离体小肠平滑肌,观察延胡索炮制前后配伍川楝子对离体肠管平滑肌自发活动、乙酰胆碱(Ach)所致平滑肌收缩、阿托品所致平滑肌舒张的影响。[结果]以张力变化为指标,延胡索和醋延胡索分别与川楝子配伍后的低、中、高剂量组对大鼠离体肠管平滑肌自发舒缩活动均有抑制作用,且延胡索醋制后配伍川楝子其解痉作用更显著。此外,延胡索及其炮制品配伍川楝子后对乙酰胆碱引起的肠平滑肌兴奋有显著拮抗作用且延胡索炮制品入复方后其拮抗作用更为显著。此外,两者均可协同阿托品的松弛作用。[结论]延胡索及其炮制品配伍川楝子后对大鼠肠管平滑肌活动均有抑制作用,在高剂量下醋延胡索入药对肠痉挛的改善优于生延胡索入药。
[Objective] To observe the influence of corydalis and vinegar corydalis after compatibility with Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit respectively on the contractile activity of smooth muscle of isolated small intestine in rats. [Methods] The smooth muscle of small intestine of Wistar rats was isolated for observing the effect of corydalis before and after compatibility with Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit on the spontaneous activity of the smooth muscle of the isolated small intestine, contraction evocated by acetylcholine (Ach) and relaxation evocated by atropine. [Results] Taking the change of tension as index, the high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose of corydalis and vinegar corydalis after compatibility with Szechwan Chinaberry Fruiit respectively had an inhibitory effect on the spontaneous activity of smooth muscle, and the function of vinegar corydalis after compatibility with Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit had more obvious spasmolysis. In addition, it had obviously antagonism effect on the contraction of smooth muscle of small intestine evocated by Ach in rats. What's more, both corydalis and vinegar corydalis had synergistic effect for the relaxation evocated by atropine. [Conclusion] Corydalis and vinegar corydalis after compability with Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit have an inhibitory effect on smooth muscle of the isolated small intestine in rats, and the improvement of high-dose of vinegar corydalis applied to compound is better than corydalis in compound on smooth muscle of isolated small intestine in rats.
