热球子宫内膜去除术治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析热球子宫内膜去除术治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效及预后影响因素。方法选择在该院接受治疗的功能失调性子宫出血患者60例,其中行热球子宫内膜去除术(热球组)治疗和宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术(宫腔镜组)各30例,术后随访6个月,记录手术时间、并发症情况、临床症状的改善及术后恢复时间等,对有效率、手术时间、术后恢复时间、术后闭经和术后有月经的各项指标等进行比较。结果热球组治疗与宫腔镜组相比,疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其手术时间明显缩短(P<0.001),且无并发症的发生,术后恢复快。结论热球子宫内膜去除术治疗功能失调性子宫出血效果肯定,操作简单易掌握,患者痛苦小,恢复快。 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and prognostic factors of thermal balloon endometrial ablation in dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Sixty cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients, including 30 cases of thermal balloon endometrial ablation therapy and 30 cases of hysteroscopic endometrial resection, were followed up for six months, and observation was made in terms of operation time, complications, clinical symptoms, postoperative recovery time and so on. Efficiency, operative time, postoperative recovery time, and postoperative amenorrhea menstruation indicators were compared. Results There was no significant difference in effectiveness between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). But the thermal ball group had a shorter operative time and faster postoperative recovery ( all P 〈 O. 05 ), with no complications. Conclusions Thermal ball treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is of affirmed effectiveness, simple operation, less trauma, and faster recovery.
