超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳腺微创外科围术期的应用

Application value of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in minimally invasive breast surgery during perioperative period

目的探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳腺微创外科围手术期的应用价值。方法将乳腺肿瘤210例患者根据治疗方法分为两组,各105例,观察组在超声引导下行麦默通旋切术,对照组采用传统切除术,对比两组疗效、术后恢复情况。结果 404个肿块均完整切除,两组治愈率均达100%,但观察组无明显瘢痕和切口感染,显著优于对照组,且观察组愈合时间明显缩短,局部血肿和睡眠不好的患者明显少于对照组,观察组治疗满意度为95.2%(100/105),显著高于对照组87.6%(92/105),差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺微创外科围手术期应用麦默通微创旋切系统诊疗具有定位准确、创伤小、操作简单、切口美观等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in minimally invasive breast surgery during perioperative period. Methods According to treatment methods, 210 patients with breast cancer were divided into two groups, each had 105 cases： observation group were performed with ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive operation, while the control group were performed with the traditional resection. Curative effect and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results All 404 tumors were totally removed in two groups, with a cure rate of 100% for both groups. But observation group had no obvious scar or wound infection, significantly better than control group, with shorter healing time, less cases of local hematoma or poor sleep, and higher satisfaction rate [ 95.2% （ 100/105 ） vs 87.6% （ 92/105 ） ] （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The application of mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in minimally invasive breast surgery during perioperative period has the merits of accurate location, less trauma, simple operation, and artistic incision, etc.
