人类社会是多层次的有机的集合体,个人作为社会最基本的分子,每一个人的行为选择都会对社会和谐与发展产生一定的影响,表现为个人道德修养水平越高,整个社会的文明程度也越高。当代青年是我国社会主义建设事业的接班人和建设者,担负着实现我国伟大复兴的重大责任,他们更应该提高综合素质,提升自身思想道德修养。个人修养中包括礼仪、道德、思想、文化等内容,本文将侧重从提升青年的自我思想品德方面作一些阐述。

The human society is a multileveled organic collection, so each individual, as the basic element of the society, will influ-ence social harmony and development in their behavior choices, for example, the higher individuals＆#39; moral cultivation is, the higher the civilization degree of the whole society will be. Con-temporary youth, as successors and builders of the Chinese so-cialist construction cause, shoulder the important responsibility of realizing the great rejuvenation of China, so in particular, they should improve their comprehensive quality and upgrade their personal ideological and moral cultivation. Personal cultivation includes etiquette, morality, ideology, culture, etc., and this paper will focus on the improvement of youth＆#39;s personal ideological and moral cultivation.
