摘要
目前,师资问题仍然是制约高校双语教学有效实施的主要因素之一。本文在分析我国双语师资的现状和问题的基础上,从教师合作的视角探讨了问题解决的路径。文章就双语教师合作的概念、理论依据、可采纳的合作形式以及合作实施的意义分别进行了论述。
At present, bilingual teachers' shortage and low com-petency are still the key factors that hinder the further develop-ment of bilingual teaching for many universities. Based on the problem analysis, this paper works on a solution to the problem from the perspective of collaboration between bilingual teachers. It presents the concept of collaboration with its theoretic analysis, the possible forms of collaboration between bilingual teachers available, and its significance respectively.
