关于结合企业教练手法挖掘日语学生学习潜力的浅论

摘要 本文主要研究了在日语教学中打破以往陈旧的教育方式"指示型、质问型",用企业教练手法给日语学习者带来自我思考的能力,因为人的意识是从问和答开始的,如何找到"真"的答案是本文的主体。当下,教育的最终目的是为了更好地结合企业需求,打造品牌人才。如今随着社会的发展,当今企业所需求的人才是"自立型",是具备自我思考、自我行动。"命令型"也就是说别人要求我怎样做,我才怎样做,这样的依存型已逐渐被社会所淘汰。所以在日语教学当中,陈旧式的教育模式往往给学生带来对外语学习的厌倦,学习积极性不高以及读死书的现象。 This paper mainly researched the breakthrough of the traditional backward"targeted and doubt-based"education style in Japanese teaching, and brought self-thinking ability to Japanese learners by using enterprise coaching skills. The human consciousness starts from asking and answering, so how to find the"real"answers is the main part of this paper. Currently, the ultimate goal of education is to better meet the enterprise needs and train competitive talents.With social development, the pre-sent enterprises require"independent"talents with the ability of independent thinking and independent action, while"command-ed"talents who merely obey others' commands, have been grad-ually eliminated by the society. Therefore, in Japanese teaching, rigid education models often make students weary of foreign lan-guage learning, leading to their low enthusiasm and the phe-nomenon of reading books mechanically.
