摘要
由于技工学校学生的生源问题,技工学校学生存在文化基础差、厌学情绪严重、知识积累量少等不足之处,给技工学校的教学工作带来了难度,本文在总结分析当前技工学校学生特点的基础上,提出了教学管理的对策思路。
Due to the problems of student sources for technician schools, technician school students＆#39; cultural basis is weak with little and insufficient knowledge accumulation, and they are severely weary of study, which bring difficulties for the teaching work in technician schools. Based on summarizing the character-istics of the current technician school students, this paper pro-posed ideas for the countermeasures of teaching management.
