我国中等职业教育生源问题分析

Analysis on the Problems of Student Source in China's Secondary Vocational Education

现阶段我国的中等职业教育处于调整时期,生源逐年短缺。我国人口年龄结构变化,普通高中的扩招和就业市场的改变都是中等职业教育生源减少的重要原因。为解决生源问题,中等职业学校要改变现状,摆脱困境,走出一条特色办学之路来应对生源短缺问题。

China＆#39;s secondary vocational education is currently at a stage of adjustment and student sources are decreasing year by year. The change of age structure of population in China, the en-rollment expansion of common senior high schools and the change of the employment market are important reasons causing the decrease of students for secondary vocational education. In order to settle the problems of student source, secondary voca-tional schools should change the current situation, so as to get rid of the predicament and take the road of characteristic education.
