Not only will excessive English examination anxiety influence a student＆#39;s achievement and learning activities but also do harm to her or his physical and mental health. According to the psychological problem characteristics of the student, the psy-chological consultant gradually eliminated the student＆#39;s unrea-sonable cognitive model by Rational-emotive Therapy, Con-frontation Therapy and English Test Counseling to establish his reasonable cognitive model. The student＆#39;s symptom was improved considerably and good consultation result was gained.
