高职院校毕业生就业现状及对策建议

On the Current Situation of Higher Vocational College Graduates' Employment and the Countermeasures and Suggestions

虽然我国处于高素质技能型人才紧缺的状态,但高职院校毕业生就业难的现象却十分显著,本文基于对陕西交通职业技术学院2008届至2012届毕业生的跟踪调查数据,分析了高职毕业生就业的现状及就业存在的问题及原因,提出了解决高职毕业生就业问题的对策建议。

Although the high-quality skilled talents are in short-age in China, difficult job hunting and employment phenomenon commonly exists among graduates of higher vocational colleges. Based on the survey data from Shaanxi College of Communication Technology, we analyze the current situation of the employment problems and causes among the graduates, and propose the sug-gestions to deal with this problem.
