摘要 在风电场增设储能系统通过功率的动态补偿可以有效地平抑风电场的功率波动,改善风电电能质量,提高电网的风电接纳能力。综合考虑电池的荷电状态(SOC)和风电场输出功率波动抑制效果,提出了一种模糊自适应的控制策略,通过调节滤波时间常数防止电池的过载,通过在有功功率给定值上加上模糊调整量优化电池的SOC状态。仿真结果表明,该控制策略能够兼顾风电场功率波动抑制效果和储能电池的SOC状态,对储能电池的荷电状态进行优化,达到延长电池寿命的目的。 With the rapid increase of the installed capacity of wind power, wind turbine output power fluctuations had a great influence on the stability of the grid. Added energy storage system in the wind farm can effectively stabilize the fluctuations in wind power and improve grid accepted wind power capacity. Considering the state of charge of the battery and volatility inhibitory effect, a fuzzy adaptive strategy was presented. The filter time constant was adjusted to prevent the overload of the battery, and the fuzzy adjustment was added to the active power to optimalize the SOC. Simulation results showed that the designed controller can effectively stabilize the wind farm power fluctuations, effectively control the SOC of the battery status to extend the battery life.
