摘要
介绍了ECRH回旋管的性能和回旋管各电源的电气连接特性。阳极电源采用PSM技术,主要分为两部分,前级包括全桥整流、BUCK调压和高频逆变单元;后级主要是桥式整流和BOOST升压单元,共60级串联输出36 kV直流电压。论述了隔离反馈发生器UC3901的特点。基于阳极电源的特性和50 kV电压的绝缘要求,给出了采用UC3901设计高压电源隔离反馈的设计方法。并对反馈电路进行了测试,结果表明,该电路的稳定性和可靠性较高。
The characteristics of ECRH gyrotron and the electrical connection character of its power supply were introduced. The power supply adopts the PSM technology and mainly consists of two parts, the fifll bridge rectifier, BUCK regulator and high frequency inverter achieve the first unit; the second unit mainly include the bridge rectifier and BOOST converter, a total of 60 units are connected in series and outputted 36kV DC voltage. The characteristics of isolated feedback generator UC3901 were presented. The isolated feedback design of high voltage power supply is based on the characteristics of Anode power supply and 50kV voltage insulation requirements. And the result of Anode power supply circuit was tested, the results showed that the stability and reliability were high.
