去交感神经和肾上腺髓质对高血压心血管肥厚的影响

摘要 在大鼠中进行实验,用银夹缩窄腹主动脉,4~6周后,颈动脉血压升高,股动脉血压维持正常。心脏重量显著增加。位于前半身高血压区的胸主动脉与心脏细动脉以及位于后半身正常血压区的腹主动脉终段与肾脏细动脉的壁-腔比值增大,去除交感神经肾上腺體质使血压降低20%,但不影响心脏重量增加和前后半身血管肥厚的程度。 To investigate the role of the sympathoadrenergic system in cardiovascular hypertrophy in hypertension,we coarcted the abdominal aorta upstream to the renal arteries in sympathectomized rats (neonatal guanethidine administration and adrenal demedullation) and sham sympathectomized rats. Animals were examined 4-6 weeks later. As compared to the normal control group, the coarcted rats showed that tne carotid blood pressure rose markedly, the heart weight increased, the wall-to-lumen ratios of the arteries and arterioles both in the hypertensive forequarters and the normotensive hindquarters increased significantly.Sympathoadrenergic ablation did not affect hypertrophy of the heart and the vessels bolh in the hypertensive and the normotensive areas though it lowered the blood pressure at 20%.This sugges ts that the sympathoadrenergic system does not play important role in the development of cardiovascular hypertrophy in coarctation hypertension, and probably in other forms of hypertension also.
