摘要
目的 :检测良性骨巨细胞瘤 (GiantCellTumorofBone ,GCT )周边组织病理学改变及瘤组织对微血管的侵袭。方法 :收集 1995~ 1998年我科切除的 8例良性GCT瘤段 ,对其病灶周边进行组织病理学及血管平滑肌肌动蛋白a(SmoothMuscularactin ,SMAa)免疫组织化学研究。结果 :组织学良性GCT可具有侵蚀皮质骨、松质骨及周围软组织的能力 ,边界处有大量新生微血管密度形成 ,肿瘤中多核巨细胞可侵袭微静脉 ,肿瘤细胞可由此进入血管。结论
Objective: To detect histopathology of marginal tumor lesions in benign giant cell tumor of bone(GCT)and to study smooth muscuar actin-a(SMAa)expressions in microvasculature of GCT lesions.Materials and Methods:8 macrosections containing the tumor and surrounding bone and soft tissue were obtained from April 1995 to March 1998 in our department.The specimens in center and margin of the tumors were evaluated respectively by means of HE staining and immunohistochemistry.Results:benign GCT is potential to destroy through the cortical bone and to invade soft tissue.A large amount of neovasculature was in the margin of GCT lesion.Multinuclear giant cells,by invading the wall of microvasculature,led the tumor cells to enter the blood vessels.Conclusion:Benign GCT is locally aggressive and potential to metastases.
