摘要
本文利用比色法测定人参、西洋参、三七人参和竹节人参中糖类含量(%),比较结果表明,多糖:人参(56.43)>西洋参(47.60)>三七人参(45.98)>竹节人参(18.33);低聚糖:三七人参(30.68)>竹节人参(19.98)>人参(16.52)>西洋参(15.64);还原糖:人参(6.72)>竹节人参(3.20)>西洋参(2.75)>三七人参(2.04)。这四种植物糖组成均以多糖为主,还原糖含量较低。
The sugar contents of Panax ginseng (Ⅰ), P. quinquefolium (Ⅱ), P. notoginseng (Ⅲ) and P. japonicus (Ⅳ) were determinated by colorimetry. The comparison result was as follows: Polysaccharides (%): Ⅰ(56.43)>Ⅱ(47.60)>Ⅲ(45.98)>Ⅳ(18.33); Oligosaccharides(%):Ⅲ(30.68)>Ⅳ(19.98)>Ⅰ(16.52)>Ⅱ(15.64); Monosaccharides(%);Ⅰ(6.72)>Ⅳ(3.20)>Ⅱ(2.75)>Ⅲ(2.04). The sugar consists mainly of polysaccharides in these plant.The monosaccharides content is lesser.
