摘要
目的 :从血管内皮细胞的分泌功能探讨温病气分证与微观血瘀的相关性。方法 :实验采用大肠杆菌内毒素从家兔耳缘静脉注射造成温病气分证模型 ,观察模型组病理学、血管内皮细胞的分泌功能的改变。结果 ,模型组光镜下肺脏有微血栓存在 ,且模型组动物出现 t- PA/PAI、NO/ET、TXB2 /6-酮 - PGI1α平衡破坏。结论 :温病气分证存在微观血瘀 ,温病气分证微观血瘀形成机理可能与内皮细胞释放的血管活性物质 ,如ET/NO、t- PA/PAI、TXB2 /6-酮 - PGI1α之间的平衡失调有关。
Objective:To observe the mechanism of relativity between Qifen syndrome and microcosmic blood stasis from secrerive function of vaso endothelial cells in seasonal febrile disease (SFR).Method:Qifen syndrome in SFR model was induced by colibacillary endotoxin via auricular intravenous injection.The change on pathomorphology,secrerive function of vaso endothelial cells in seasonal in the model was observel.Result:It showed the existence of microthrombus in the lung via microscope in the model,It also indicated that the balance destruction of t PA/PAI、HO/ET、TXB 2/6 ? 睵GI 1α .Conclusion:Qifen syndrome in SFR model exist microcosmic blood stasis,The mechanism of microcosmic blood stasis may be related to the balance destruction of t PA/PAI、NO/ET、TXB 2/6 ? 睵GI 1α which was emitted by endoehelial cells.
