中医动物模型研究存在的问题

The Problems in Study on Animal Model of Chinese Medical Science

在中医药现代化研究中 ,建立能够揭示中医基本科学问题 ,重现性较好 ,用于中药新药研制开发的中医动物模型是一项重要的工作。本文通过已检索到 40余年来研制的 46种证的动物模型及 1 97种造模方法 ,对造型因素、方法、指标、应用及模型评价等进行了分析研究 ,较客观、系统地阐述了其存在的问题 ,对本领域研究的完善有所裨益。

In the course of realizing the study of Chinese medicine modernization,it is an important method to establish animal model of Chinese medical science with good repetition which can explore the base scientific problems in Chinese medicine and be used to research and develop the new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. This article analyzed the modelling factor,method,index,application and model evaluation of 46 animal models of syndrome and 197 modelling methods detected during the past 40 years. We expounded the problems systems existing in this field in order to benefit the consummation and development of the subject of Chinese medicine.
