儿童鼻后孔息肉(附2例报告)

Choanal polyps of child:with a report of 2 cases

目的 :提高临床医生对儿童鼻后孔息肉的诊治水平。方法 :回顾性研究儿童鼻后孔息肉 2例的诊治过程 ,对此病的临床表现和诊治要点进行讨论。结果 :2例均治愈出院。结论 :部分鼻后孔息肉发源于中鼻甲 。

Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of choanal polyps of child Method:Two cases with choanal polyps of child were retrospectively reviewed.The clinical manifestation and treatment were discussed.Result:Two cases were cured.Conclusion:Some choanal polyp derive from concha nasalis media,endoscopic sinus surgery is a good method for treatment.
